The buyer must complete full payment before the artist begins the work.

The product will be delivered digitally.

Changes and revisions will only be accepted during the sketch phase. Once the sketch is approved, the artist will not make further revisions unless they are minor adjustments.

Payment must be made via PayPal. Other payment methods will not be accepted.

The client must provide the artist with references and a detailed description of their request. If not, the artist reserves the right to interpret and complete the artwork as they see fit.

If the artwork is intended for commercial use (such as in a game or branded product), a contract with the artist will be required, and pricing will differ.

The customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future developments in that field.

The customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including datasets, training material, or future developments in that field.

The artist accepts NSFW commissions but will not create artwork that: goes against their personal beliefs, promotes political propaganda, causes discomfort, or violates any law.

The artist retains the right to showcase the completed artwork in portfolios and on social media with a watermark, for self-promotion purposes.

Art is not the artist’s primary occupation, meaning they will not be available 100% of the time. Patience and understanding are appreciated.
